Our goal is to provide you with exciting, clean and safe inflatable toys and exceptional customer service to ensure your event is enjoyed by all. (Q) What types of inflatables do you have?
(A) The Fun Guy offers a wide range of inflatables, including basic bouncers, combo units, a water slide and interactive toys. We also have a Dunk Tank, Sumo Wrestling and a NASCAR track.
(Q) What type of events do you provide inflatables for?
(A) Our inventory of inflatables allows us to provide entertainment for backyard or block parties, church or school events, corporate parties or picnics and community events. We can set up as few as 1 inflatable or as many as you desire to ensure your event is a success.
(Q) Who can play on or with the inflatables?
(A) The Fun Guy has inflatables for just about anyone. Some have age restrictions, others have height or weight restrictions and some may be enjoyed by all. Contact The Fun Guy by phone to discuss which inflatables might meet your specific needs.
(Q) Where can you set up an inflatable?
(A) Inflatables can be set up just about anywhere, provided the surface is relatively flat and there are no overhead obstructions. We’ll ask you about the surface type (grass, concrete, gravel, dirt, etc.) at the time a reservation is made to determine what is needed to set your inflatable up safely.
(Q) How much room is necessary to set up an inflatable?
(A) If there is a door or gate between our vehicle and the intended set up area; we will need approximately 36” to dolly in the rolled-up inflatable. Once set up, we’ll need about 2 feet on each side of the bouncer.
(Q) How big are the inflatables?
(A) Our inflatables vary in size. The Fun Guy will go over this with you over the phone to ensure it will fit in your desired area.
(Q) Can you set up inflatables in parks?
(A) Yes, however you will need to notify the city or county municipality. Questions you may want to ask about include: 1) Is there a source of electrical power within 100 feet of the intended set-up area? 2) What type of surface will the inflatable be set up on? 3) Are there underground sprinklers in the area which we should know about? 4) Is it necessary to add the city or county to our insurance policy?
(Q) Do you deliver to my area?
(A) We currently serve communities throughout the Inland Northwest, including those in Northern Idaho and Eastern Washington. We’re always willing to travel.
(Q) Do you deliver and set up the inflatable?
(A) Yes. Our company policy is to have a staff member deliver, set up, clean and inspect each inflatable prior to going over safety rules with our customers.
(Q) What time do you deliver and pick up the inflatable?
(A) Delivery and pick up times are dependent on your contracted rental time period. You determine the timing for your event and we will have the inflatable set up between 15 minutes and 3 hours before that time. Pick ups are scheduled as close to your event time as possible; however we may be delayed due to the number of inflatables we have rented. There is no extra charge for early delivery or late pick up.
(Q) My event requires a specific set up and/or pick up time. Are you able to accommodate my schedule?

(Q) Do you carry insurance?
(A) Yes. For your piece of mind, we carry the industry standard for general liability. At the time of set-up, we will ask you to sign a rental agreement for which you accept responsibility for the care of the unit while in your possession. We carry the maximum liability insurance available of $1 million per occurrence and $2 million general aggregate.
(Q) How do I reserve an inflatable?
(A) Reservations are taken by phone. Please contact The Fun Guy using our Washington, Idaho or toll-free phone numbers.
(Q) How far in advance do I need to call to reserve an inflatable?
(A) Inflatables are reserved on a first come, first served basis. To ensure your choice of inflatable is available, we suggest reserve as soon as the date is set.
(Q) My party is tomorrow or this weekend. Is it too late to rent an inflatable?
(A) We have a large number of inflatables and may be able to accommodate your last minute needs. To see what’s still available, contact The Fun Guy by phone.
(Q) How much does it cost to rent an inflatable?
(A) Our prices vary based on the inflatable, what day of the week your event is being held and the number of hours it’s rented for. To ensure we provide an accurate price quote for your specific event, please contact us by telephone.
(Q) How do I pay for my rental?
(A) Payment is made at the time of deliver. We accept cash, checks, MasterCard and Visa. On occasion and with advance notice, we will invoice customers such as schools, churches and corporate customers.
(Q) When do I pay for my rental?
(A) Payment is expected prior to setting up the inflatable.
(Q) Is a deposit required?
(A) No. We do not require a deposit.
(Q) Do you offer any special rental rates?
(A) On occasion, we offer special rates. Please visit our home page or contact us by phone for more information.
(Q) What are the power requirements for the inflatables?
(A) Our inflatables plug into a standard 110 volt household outlet. We ask that nothing else be plugged into the outlet we use. If necessary, we will supply an extension cord.
(Q) What if there is no power available at my event?
(A) Please call for more information if you are unsure. We have generators available for rent.
(Q) What if it rains, or is forecast to rain on the day of my event?
(A) We monitor weather forecasts on the Internet and contact our customers in advance if we feel that weather may be a factor. At the time of this call, our customers may choose not to have the inflatable delivered without incurring a charge. Once a bouncer has been set up, no refunds are issued.
(Q) What is your cancellation policy?
(A) If you find it necessary to cancel your inflatable reservation for any reason, please contact The Fun Guy by 7 a.m. the day of your event. We will not deliver this inflatable, nor will you incur any charge.
(Q) What are your hours of operation?
(A) Our office is open Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm. Telephone calls are transferred to our cell phones on weekends, after hours and if we are out of the office. If you reach voicemail at any time, please leave your name and number and we will get back with you as soon as possible.
